We offer compassionate support and assistance for adults dealing with a range of issues – relationship breakdown; work-related stress; bereavement; domestic violence; survivors of sexual abuse; rape; addictions or concerns about indulging in certain behaviour that is not healthy e.g. drinking too much; care responsibilities for one or more family members.
